Purpose of this template?

As | is a delimiter in parser functions, we need these two templates there to include a | (new column) or a |- (new row) when we have tables inside a function.

This workaround is used e.g. in the 'Attraktion' Infobox. --Oliver 17:43, 13. Okt. 2007 (CEST)
